about-nanoendoA NEW GENRE OF FILE DESIGN

We engineered two unique endodontic files from a single concept: that incorporating two or more dissimilar tapers, side-by-side within the same file, can improve the performance of virtually any file design. Distinguished as the first DELTA-TYPE Files, either the One Endo or EXO Endo Files may be used independently of the other by simply substituting the size closest to the files you are using with your current technique to achieve better results. However, prepare to be amazed when you use these two distinctly different files together.

Research speaks for itself with a convincing statement: incorporating two or more dissimilar tapers, side-by-side within the same file, can significantly improve the performance of virtually any file design. We distinguish this feature as a DELTA-TYPE design and we integrated this design into two unique patented files, the One Endo File and the
EXO Endo File. Either of these files may be used by simply substituting the size closest to the files you are using with your current technique to achieve exceptional results. However, when you use these two distinctly different files together, the results become even more exceptional.

The preference of the ONE ENDO File vs. the EXO ENDO File is a split choice as they are designed differently and perform with distinct purposes.

The One Endo File is in a class by itself in two regards:
  • Its cut-flip tip can enlarge canals smaller than its tip size more effectively with less stress, less debris extrusion, less blockage, and less glide path preparation than any other file we have ever tested.
  • The handle end segment of its working surface was specifically designed for enhanced bio emulation. It conserves tooth structure during preparation of the coronal portion of the canal while simultaneously providing unsurpassed ease of enlargement in the canal’s apical portion.

Just as significantly, the EXO Endo File is the most efficient file we have ever tested. By this, we mean that the useful work or canal preparation accomplished by EXO Endo Files is greater relative to the total energy expended or the total stress encountered than any other file we have ever tested. Total canal enlargement occurs with ease particularly after the apical diameter is established. This, of course, means expediency with less stress risk.

When using the two files together, use the One Endo File for initial enlargement when the canal size is smaller than the file tip size and use the EXO Endo File once the canal has been enlarged to the file tip size. With these two files, we at NanoEndo challenge any other file or combination of files in their ability to withstand stresses while maximizing efficiency. You may elect your own series of stratagems to expand your expertise or use
Dr. McSpadden’s Zone Technique to achieve the best results with the least risk.

Prepare to experience results not to be compared with any files ever designed in their respect for clinical needs.
