Pan Fried Chicken Nuggets or Tenders


1/2 cup House-Autry Chicken Breader
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Oil for frying


Cut chicken breasts into 1-1 1/2-inch cubes; rinse in water, shaking off excess. Place chicken and House-Autry Chicken Breader into a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat chicken. Remove from bag and place chicken in a skillet with 1/4-inch oil heated to medium high. Cook approximately 4 minutes, turn and cook approximately 3 minutes longer, or until both sides are nicely browned. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

For Chicken Tenders: Cut breasts lengthwise into 6 strips; then follow directions above.
For Deep Fried Chicken Tenders or Chicken Nuggets, cook 4 minutes at 365°F.

Chef Tip:
Who doesn't love a good ol' chicken sandwich? Just add bread. Or, kick it up with some zesty BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and pickles. MMMmmmmm...
